Young professional in the energy transition?

Pictogramme ETYC

Your network of tomorrow starts today.

A club 100% dedicated to the energy transition

Transition industries, renewable infrastructure, electric mobility, startups and innovative SMEs... A sector made up of diverse players, but committed to the same goal: to bring about new energies and to commit to the planet.

Events to discover the diversity of the sector

Meeting other young professionals from all backgrounds means discovering new professions and technologies, and comparing different approaches. We believe in the value of informal exchanges for building lasting relationships and generating new ideas.

Meetings to build your network of tomorrow

We are convinced that who we meet today will be pivotal for the future of our careers. Recognizing that most professional events are attended by more senior professionals, we are creating opportunities for young professionals.

Learning opportunities with inspiring mentors

We know it's essential to draw inspiration from the great figures who have contributed to the development of our sector. We want to create comfortable spaces for this transmission of experience and knowledge.

Notre action

We organize three types of activities:

1. Afterworks

Informal meetings to build links with other young professionals in the transition sector, one Thursday a month in Paris and several times per year in Marseille. Coming to London soon!

Open to all

One a month

2. Mentorship breakfasts

Small group breakfasts, bringing together young professionals and a more senior figure. An opportunity to discover inspiring career paths, to understand the strategies of key companies in the sector, and to get a behind-the-scenes look at innovative operations and projects.

Members-only

Once a month

3. Site visits

Trips ranging from half a day to a weekend, to get closer to the key players in the energy transition on the ground. Site visits to energy infrastructure or industrial players, meetings with decision-makers: a comprehensive program to gain practical experience in the sector.
